Algeria enacted in July 2022 a new Investment Law that includes a range of provisions aiming to stimulate investment, strengthen the growth of high-value-added industries, ease technology transfer, generate sustainable long-term employment opportunities, and ameliorate Algeria's economic competitiveness and export prospect.
