Resolution no.55 of 2017 on GAC Statute

KSA adopted the rule for the General Authority for Competition to protect and encourage fair competition, combat monopolistic practices that violate fair competition, and preserve the competitive environment for the business sector within a framework of justice and transparency for the local market.
