Law 120 of 1982 on Commercial Agencies

Law No. 120 of 1982 was issued by the president of the Republic on 26 July 1982 and published in the official gazette on 5 August 1982 . This Law cancels : Law 107 of 1961 specifying certain provisions relating to the organization of commercial agency operations, Law No. 93 of the year 1974 on the Right of the Citizens to Represent Foreign Firms and Law No.117 of the year 1975 regarding the fees of registration in the commercial agents register . It also cancels any provisions violating its provisions. Law 120 of 1982 defines the commercial agent , deals with the obligations of commercial agents, mediators and others ; the provisions related to contracts concluded by the government and the public sector; and Penalties .
