Law 144 of 1988 on the central Accounting Unit

Law 144 of 1988 was issued by the President of the Republic on 9 June 1988 and published in the official gazette on 9 June 1988. This Law concerning the Central Accounting Unit cancels Laws No.129 of 1964 concerning the issuance of the Central Accounting Unit Law , Law No. 44 of 1965 regulating the control of the accounts of institutions, public bodies, companies, associations and their affiliated establishments , and Law No.31 of 1975 on regulating the relationship of the Central Accounting Unit to the People's Assembly , and cancels all provisions that go against its provisions.
