Law 47 of 1972 on the National Council

Law 47 of 1972 was issued by the President of the Republic on the first of October 1972 . This Law concerning the National Council substitutes the provisions of Law No.55 of 1959 and cancels all provisions that go against its provisions. It mainly deals with the three sections of the National Council: The judicial section, the Courts , their specializations, their general assemblies ; Fatwa section ; and Legislation section.
