Law 46 of 1972 on Judiciary Authority

Law 46 of 1972 was issued by the President of the Republic on the first of October 1972 and published in the official gazette on 5 October 1972 . This Law concerning the Judiciary Authority substitutes the provisions of Law No. 43 of 1965 and the laws amending it and cancels all provisions that go against its provisions. It mainly deals with the Judiciary structure and Judge appointments.
