Law 11 of 1968 on Illicit Gains

Law 11 of 1968 was issued by the President of the Republic on 30 April 1968 and published in the official gazette on the second of May 1968. This Law related to illicit gains cancels Decree-Law No. 131 of 1952 Concerning illicit gain and the laws amending it and the law No. 148 of 1961 with the report on some special provisions. Law 11 of 1968 identifies the subjects abiding by its provisions and that have to submit financial disclosures.
