Order 06-08 of 2006 on Investment Development

Order 06-08 was established based on the President of the Republic decision on 15 July 2006 and published in the official gazette on 19 July 2006. This Order modifies and completes Order 01-03 established on 20 August 2001 that deals with investment development . Order 06-08 deals with the establishment of the National Agency for Investment Development, the right of appeal , and the increase in Tax incentives
