Law6_y2006 for Preventing and Combating Corruption

Law 06-01 was issued by the President of the Republic on 20 February 2006 and published in the official gazette on the 8th of March 2006. This Law is related to Fighting Corruption and combating it , it aims to support the measures aiming to prevent and fight corruption , promote values that go against corruption in both public and private sector , and to facilitate International technical cooperation in order to prevent corruption.
