Decree6-414_y2006 Asset Declaration Law

Decree 6-414 was issued by the President of the Republic and published in the official gazette on 22 November 2006. This decree determines the property declaration form that should be followed by public servants when declaring the properties they own and the properties their minor children own , inside and outside Algeria.
