Decree 6-137_y2006 Signing African Unions Convention on Fighting Corruption

Presidential decree 6-137 was issued on 10 April 2006 , and published on the 11th in the official gazette. This decree contains the ratification of the African Union Convention on Fighting and Preventing Corruption that was adopted in 11 July 2003. This Convention aims to encourage member countries to establish necessary mechanisms to prevent and control Corruption and to promote cooperation between member countries in order to fight corruption.
