The Executive Regulations aim to regulate commercial activities and prevent monopoly, in addition to protecting the rights of consumers. The regulations include a set of provisions and directives that aim to promote fair competition in markets and ensure the availability of high-quality products and services to consumers. The regulation works to stimulate and encourage competition between companies to provide better products and services at reasonable prices, which benefits consumers and contributes to the development of the local economy.
