Law No. 07 -0010/AU was issued by the President of the Assembly of the Union on 31 August 2007 . Law of August 31, 2007 on the Investment Code which governs investments in the territory of the Union of the Comoros has the following priority objectives: creation of new businesses; job creation; the establishment of businesses in the interior regions; innovation and the development of existing businesses; the encouragement and facilitation of freedom of enterprise.
