Law no 65 of 1972 Labour Code was established based on the Somalian presidential's decision published on 18 October 1972 in the official gazette. This law outlines the  Code on Wages, the Code on Social Security, the Industrial Relations Code, and the Occupational, Safety, Health, and Working Condition Code.
