Law No. 50 of 2014 was issued by the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain on 11 September 2014 and published in the official gazette on 18 September 2014 . This Law aims to amend and to repeal certain provisions of the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (21) of 2001.
