Law No.95-015/AF on 1995 Investment Code was issued by the Assembly of the Union on 30 June 1995. This Law cancels Law 84-004/ PR on Investment Code , adopted on 19 May 1984 , and amends some provisions of the Tax Code . The Investment Code of 1995 has three main objectives: Investment liberalization, investment security, and investment incentives.
