Law 75 of 1963 was issued by the President of the Republic on 12 August 1963 and published in the official gazette on 12 August 1963 . This Law concerning the establishment of the State Litigation Authority  and its amendments replace some provisions of Law 58 of 1959 concerning regulating the management of government cases. .
