Law 67 of 2006 promulgating the  Consumer Protection Law was issued based on the President of the Egyptian Republic’s decision on 19 May 2006, and published on 20 May in the official gazette. Consumer Protection Law is a new law that outlines the regulatory framework for consumer protection in Egypt.
