Law No. 3 of 2013 was promulgated by the President of the Republic on March 20, 2013. This law repeals Decree No. 37 of May 16, 1966, and its amendments. It also includes the Economic Penal Code with the aim of combating economic and financial crimes, which defines the penalties imposed on perpetrators of economic and financial crimes.
