Law 281 of 2022 is the first adopted Competition Law in Lebanon which aims to secure competition and access to markets by preventing all the practices that violate fair competition and the abuse of dominance. The Law tends to increase the welfare of the consumer and stimulate economic effectiveness and innovation.
