Law of 2015 on Freedom of Access to Information was established based on the Sudanian presidential's published on 22 February 2015 in the official gazette. This law defines the regulatory framework for access to information held by state agencies. It also aims to secure and facilitate the citizen's right to obtain information, and to establish an Access to Information Commission.
