Law 117 of 1958 was issued by the President of the Republic on 11 August 1958 . This law concerning the reorganization of the Administrative Prosecution Authority deals with its structure , and its roles. This Law authorizes the Authority to monitor all civil servants in all ministries and agencies at all levels, and to investigate administrative and financial crimes , and to refer them to disciplinary courts.
