Law 10 0f 2009 was issued based on the President of the Republic decision on 25 February 2009 and published in the official gazette on the first of March 2009. This Law deals with regulating the supervision of non-banking financial markets and instruments, it aims to establish a general authority for the oversight of markets and instruments and identifies its objectives , functions and structure.
