Law 1 of 2005 on Anticorruption was established based on the Palestinian presidential' s decision on 8 January 2005 and published on 8 January 2005 in the official gazette. This law provides the regulatory framework on anti-corruption and it covers a wide range of acts of corruption and also proposes certain preventive policies.
