Law 05-01 was issued by the President of the Republic on 6 February 2005 . This Law related to the prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorist financing cancels some provisions of Law No.02-11 issued on 24 December 2004 related to the the Financial Budget of 2003. Law 05-01 indicates the measures to prevent Money Laundering and Financing Terrorism .
