Draft Law 31.13 of 2015 on Right to Access to Information was established According to the provisions of the Constitution, especially Article 27 of it in 2015. This law defines the scope of application of the right to obtain information held by public administrations, elected institutions, etc., as well as the conditions and how to exercise it.
