Decree 76 of 2018 on amending tax exemption mechanisms was established based on the director-general of Kuwait direct investment promotion authority decision on 12 Feb 2018. It is a new decree that amends the provisions of the mechanism for granting tax exemptions issued under Resolution No. 16 of 2016.
