Decree 7 of 2010 amending Law 1 of 2005 concerning Illegal Gains was established based on the Palestinian presidential' s decision and issued on 20 June 2010 in the official gazette. This 2010 decree provides the regulatory framework in relation to tackling illegal gains and it defines corruption crimes and related issues to anti-corruption.
