Decree 394 of 2019 on Foreign Company Branches was established based on the Minister of Commerce and Industry and the Minister of State for Services Affairs decision on 8 Oct 2019. It is a new decree that provides the mechanisms related to the establishment and operation of branches of foreign companies.
