Decree 13 of 2014 amending Law no 1 of 2005 Concerning Illegal Gains was established based on the Palestinian presidential' s decision on 12 June 2014 and published on15 July 2014 in the official gazette. This 2014 decree provides the regulatory framework in relation to tackling illegal gains and it defines corruption crimes and related issues to anti-corruption.
