This Law aims to regulate and govern commercial and corporate activities within the country and sets out the legal framework for the establishment, operation, and dissolution of various types of commercial entities. It also provides rules and procedures for corporate governance, capital structure, management, and other essential aspects of running a commercial enterprise in Yemen.
