Law 81 of 2016 promulgating Civil Service Law

Law 81 of 2006 was issued by the President of the Republic on the first of November 2016 and published in the official gazette on the first of November 2016. This Law promulgates the Civil Service Law which provisions are applied to jobs in ministries and their departments, government agencies, local administration units and public bodies. This Civil service Law cancels Law No. 47 of 1978 promulgating Law of the system of civil servants in the state
