Law No. 3 of 2005 Promulgating the Law on the Protection of Competition and the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices

Law 3 of 2005 was issued by the President of the Republic on 15 February 2005 and published in the official gazette on 15 February 2005 . This Law concerning Protecting competition and preventing monopolistic practices authorizes the establishment of a unit called Competition and prevention of monopolistic practices Unit and deals with its structure and roles.
