Law 62 of 1975 on Illicit Gains

Law 62 of 1975 was issued by the President of the Republic and published in the official gazette on 31 July 1975. This Law related to illicit gains repeals Law 11 of 1968 concerning illicit gains and Law No. 148 of 1961 establishing some provisions related to Illicit Gain with regard to those who were subject to it and left the service or lost their capacity . Law 62 of 1975 defines illicit gains and deals with financial disclosures for subjects abiding by the provisions of this Law.
