Decree no. 2013-121 of 2013 on SMEs

Decree No. 2013-121/PR/MHUE was issued on 10 June 2013 and published in the official gazette on 15 June 2013. This decree is related to the Regulations and qualifications of very small businesses. It aims to define the conditions under which are carried out the facilities granted and the qualification of very small businesses exercising activity in the construction, equipment, tourism, fishing, crafts, transport, and agriculture.
