Legislative Decree 53 of 2018 Amendments to BCCL

Legislative Decree No. 53 of 2018 was issued by the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain on 28 November 2018 and published in the official gazette on 29 November 2018 . This Decree aims to amend certain provisions of the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (21) of 2001. Theses amendments allow the Ministry concerned with Commerce affairs to conduct an an administrative investigation on its own initiative or on the basis of any serious communications or complaints it receives to investigate any violations of the provisions of this Law .
