Order 03-03 of 2003 on Competition

Order 03-03 was established by the President of the Republic on 19 July 2003 and published in the official gazette on 20 July 2003 . It aims to set the conditions for the exercise of competition on the market, to prevent any restrictive competition , and to control the economic concentrations in order to stimulate economic efficiency and to improve the well-being of consumers.
