Order 06-03_y2006 Civil Service Law

Order 06-03 was issued by the President of the Republic on 15 July 2006 and published in the official gazette on 16 July 2006. This Order includes the General Basic Law of public service and sets out the basic legal rules applied to employees and the basic guarantees granted to them in the performance of their duties in the service of the state. This Order cancels paragraph 2 of article 22 of Law 90-02 issued on 6 February 1990 related to the prevention of collective conflicts at work ,settling them and establishing the right to strike.
